Where is this shop based?
I am based in the Czech republic.
Where do you ship to? How much does shipping cost?
I ship worldwide.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. It depends on the weight of your order and the country you are shipping to.
When will my order ship out? How long does shipping take?
I try to finish and ship out all of the orders within a week of receiving the order unless something comes up.
I'm still getting experience in this but please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive before contacting me about a lost package.
Can I track my order?
Yes, I'll provide a tracking number and a link after I ship out your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You're not allowed to cancel your order after your package has been sent.
What is your return policy? There is a problem with my order.
I don't accept any returns. If you have issues with your order (your order being lost after being shown as "delivered", your order being damaged, etc...), please contact me and I'll try to sort it out and possibly send you a new package IF the mistake was on my part.
